Join this dynamic duo for a special offering of guided restorative yoga and meditation with ground level aerial hammocks supported by Reiki energy healing. The aerial hammocks will be low to the ground for the entire restorative practice and will be supported by extra props like bolsters, blankets, blocks. The room will be dimly lit, but eye covers will be provided upon request

This practice is accessible to all levels of students, no prior experience required.

This workshop is designed for all levels of students to learn the basics of aerial hammock yoga. You will be guided through demonstrations of postures, flow style transitions, as well as restorative yoga practices using the hammock.

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Vibe Yoga + Wellness!

Pre-Requisites: All are welcome to attend this teacher training. For those looking to teach Aerial Yoga after have completed this training, you must have completed a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training or a comparable fitness certification..
